About Me

My name is Natasha Linton.  I teach Baptiste Power Yoga and Ayurveda Lifestyle & Wellness Counselor.

Being a yoga student and teacher has been and continues to be my passion and brings me joy.  I found meaning in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual depth of this ancient body of wisdom every time I roll out my mat and apply it to my modern life.  Yoga has become a way from which I aim to live my life.

Practicing Ayurveda daily keeps me on my path to well-being and longevity.  Ayurveda places great emphasis on actionable habits that cause prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to the harmony in one's life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs and pleasing the senses.

The purpose of why I teach Yoga & Ayurveda is to awaken people to their whole body, to empower human beings on their mat and in their life, which connects them to their whole world.

My Mission

To engage, enrich and empower people through impactful Yoga & Ayurveda classes.

My Vision

Generate inspiration and transformation to the world by creating connection back to the natural self.

"Every time I practice with Natasha, I feel energized, refreshed and gratefully sore in muscles I didn't know I had.  It is a pleasure to practice with her.

-Marco Linton (my son), 11 years old

"I look forward to my mornings with Natasha.  It is the best way to start my day because I physically feel better after aligning my spine.  I feel stronger and energized and more focused for the day."
